Kinaxis® (TSX:KXS), provider of RapidResponse®, delivering cloud-based SCM and S&OP applications, has named industry veteran Jack Noppé to the position of Chief Technology Officer. In this senior role, Noppé will play a key part in establishing Kinaxis’ guiding principles in long-term product vision and strategy. Along with his team, he will drive the product roadmap to meet the changing business needs and priorities of customers.

“I’m thrilled to be able to welcome Jack as the newest member of our executive leadership team,” said John Sicard, CEO of Kinaxis. “His immense experience in developing and delivering successful product growth strategies will be instrumental in helping Kinaxis continue to develop leading supply chain solutions.”

Noppé comes to Kinaxis with more than 20 years of experience in the definition, communication, and execution of strategy for various companies. He has a strong technical background in software development with specific focus on Analytics, Big Data, ERPs, Web Technologies, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and eCommerce.

“I am extremely excited to be joining a company so focused on innovation,” said Noppé. “There is a real opportunity to continue to drive achievement and growth at the company through new product initiatives. I look forward to being part of the future successes of this already accomplished organization.”

Jack joins the executive team led by Sicard, who officially stepped into the role of CEO at the beginning of the year as was announced last October. Other changes to the Kinaxis leadership team include added responsibilities for Ed Shepherdson. Already accountable for customer success, Shepherdson will now also lead product and solution development in his expanded role as Executive Vice President of Products and Services Operations.
