Kinaxis® (TSX:KXS), provider of RapidResponse®, the leading cloud-based concurrent planning solution, announced today that all of management’s nominees listed in the management information circular of the company dated May 11, 2017 were elected as directors of Kinaxis to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed.
The results of the votes for the election of directors held at Kinaxis’ Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on June 15, 2017 are set out below.
